As the data controller, Parladent Oral and Dental Health Clinic Ltd. Co. ("Parladent") provides this clarification text in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("Law") to inform you about the methods of collecting personal data, the purposes of processing, the circumstances under which it may be transferred to third parties, and the rights of the data subject.
Scope of the Patient Clarification Text and Relevant Legislation
This Clarification Text covers the following for Parladent Patients;
1. Methods and legal reasons for collecting personal data,
2. Which personal data is processed and the purpose of processing,
3. To whom and for what purpose personal data can be transferred,
4. The rights of the data subjects.

Parladent processes personal data in order to fulfill its obligations under the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102, the Labor Law No. 4857, the Code of Obligations No. 6098, the Turkish Penal Code No. 5237, and other relevant legislation.
1. Methods of Collecting Personal Data and Legal Reason
Parladent collects personal data primarily through written contracts, email, physical document delivery, camera systems, notifications from administrative and judicial authorities, and rarely through other communication channels, either audibly, electronically, or in written physical form, in accordance with the conditions for processing personal data stipulated in the Law and for the legal reasons specified in this Patient Clarification Text.
Personal data of the data subject can be collected based on consent or the legal reasons specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law or other relevant legislation and processed and transferred for the purposes stated in this text.
a. Clearly stipulated in the local or foreign legislation to which Parladent is subject,
b. In cases of physical impossibility, if the data subject is unable to express their consent or if their consent cannot be legally validated, processing is necessary to protect the life or physical integrity of the data subject or another person,
c. Directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, processing of personal data belonging to the parties to the contract is necessary, to provide the requested products and services, or to fulfill the requirements of the contracts concluded by Parladent,
d. Necessary for Parladent to fulfill its legal obligations,
e. Made public by the data subject,
f. Necessary for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right,
g. Necessary for the legitimate interests of Parladent, provided it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.

m. Planning, auditing, and executing processes for protecting trade secrets and ensuring information security,
n. Establishing and protecting intellectual and industrial property rights
Parladent may share personal data with the following recipient groups, in accordance with Article 8 of the Law, taking all necessary precautions, and for the purposes specified in this Clarification Text;
Parladent does not transfer patient personal data processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 abroad.
The data subject whose personal data is processed by Parladent can exercise the following rights stated in Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law;
a. To learn whether personal data is being processed,
b. To request information if personal data has been processed,
c. To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used appropriately for their purpose,
d. To know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,
e. To request correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
f. To request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions set forth in Article 7 of the Personal Data Protection Law,
g. To request notification of the transactions made pursuant to subparagraphs (d) and (e) to third parties to whom personal data have been transferred,
h. To object to the occurrence of a result against the person himself/herself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
i. To request compensation for the damage arising from the unlawful processing of personal data.
The data subject may submit their requests in accordance with the "Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller," in writing or by using the registered electronic mail address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or the electronic mail address registered in Parladent's system. For this purpose, applications can be made using the application form provided on the Parladent website www.parladent.com.tr, and sent to the address "Gultepe Mah, Mustafa Kemal Pasa Blvd. Park Apt. No:24/A Melikgazi/ KAYSERI", or by sending an email to info@parladent.com.tr or by calling 0352 235 8818 for information.
Following the data subject's application, Parladent will finalize the application free of charge within 30 days. In cases where the fulfillment of the data subject's requests requires an additional cost calculation, Parladent reserves the right to charge a fee of 1 Turkish Lira per page for written responses exceeding 10 pages, or the cost of the recording medium such as a CD or flash drive.
Parladent reserves the right to make changes to this clarification text due to possible changes in the Law and new methods or regulations to be determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
Personal data processed by Parladent will be processed within the scope and purposes specified in this Clarification Text, and will be processed taking all necessary information security measures; it will be stored during the legal retention period or as long as required for the purpose of processing, and will be anonymized and continued to be used by Parladent after the necessary period, or destroyed in accordance with the Law and relevant legislation.
Parladent ensures that personal data is processed in accordance with the law and the rule of honesty, accurately and, if necessary, kept up to date, processed for specific, clear, and legitimate purposes, relevant, limited, and proportionate to the purposes for which they are processed, and stored for the period required by relevant legislation or for the purpose for which they are processed, and takes the necessary measures for this purpose.
